Its funny that you say that...this 30 day challenge has been very sightful for me...I have learned good bad positive negative friend or.enemy if you give some one the chance to.make.life of something you are giving them.life to.you...then it becomes you and it is all you have...so each day I become smarter stronger with no plans of looking back...so have way there ladies gut check time who are you becoming what are you standing on....what example are.you setting and who are you influencing to become better.....it better start with YOU
